From the moment our country joined the European Union, Polish economic relations, both internal and external, have been changing dynamically.
The constantly improving international business situation in the long run also had an obvious impact on the labor market. Many highly specialized employees,
from all walks of life, took advantage of the open borders
and unlimited resettlement. They are now working, for example, in Great Britain, the Netherlands or in the Scandinavian countries.
This created noticeable problems in the possibility of filling positions important for the investment process, especially
in the construction industry. Recognizing this increasingly acute situation, a group of Szczecin companies from this sector decided to solve it through an educational initiative.
In this way, as a result of the actions of the Management Boards of Calbud, Elektrobud and Kariera na Plus, the Kreator Wiedzy Foundation was established. The statutory goal of the Foundation is primarily education
and professional training of professionals in the field of many construction specialties, so that they achieve full professional independence in the shortest possible time and constitute valuable staff for companies.
The Foundation will also support the personal development of course participants and provide them with legal advice, with particular emphasis on people coming from Ukraine.
